Here at the home of printing supplies, we offer a one stop service within the UK for all your personalised printing needs. Every order is handled with care and looked after from the time of arrival until the time the product leaves our premises.   1. Placing an Order
    Our prices are subject to change.
    When placing an order you are declaring that you are the appropriate legal age to purchase the item and that the person accepting delivery of your order is aged 16 or over. If it is found that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to terminate all account facilities immediately, without notice, and we will not be obliged to complete the order
  2. Customer Responsibility
    On delivery of your product please inspect the goods for damage and notify [email protected] within 2 days of delivery.
  3. Copyright and Trademark
    Copyright and other intellectual property rights protect all text and graphics in, and the design of this website. Any use or copying of our material is strictly prohibited.
  4. Are the products new?
    All of our products are NEW, most products are manufactured to the customers requirement.
  5. How can I pay?
    You can pay with PayPal, you do not need an account with PayPal to pay for the order. Simply complete the checkout as a PayPal guest and pay direct with your credit/debit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
    All items must be paid for prior to dispatch.
    We are unable to take an order and hold it pending payment.

  7. What if my product arrives damaged?
    Please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] with photos showing damage. 
  8. Can I change the delivery address on my order?
    Yes, you can change the delivery address at the PayPal checkout stage as long as the address is a mainland UK one. Please note that we can only ship to the PayPal address that you have provided at the checkout.
  9. Delivery
    We only deliver to UK mainland addresses, please contact us for delivery charges outside mainland UK.
  10. How will I receive my order?
    Small parcels are sent securely by MYHERMES
    Large parcels are sent securely by our courier YODEL AND FedEx and will require a signature upon arrival
  11. How long does delivery take?
    We aim to deliver your goods within 1 to 3 working days, however during peak periods like Christmas delivery may take up to 6 working days.
    Your item will usually be dispatched within 24 hours.
    Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding public holidays.
  12. What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?
    If the parcel arrives and you are not available our courier will leave a card to let you know they have attempted to deliver your product and will re-attempt delivery the next working day. If delivery fails on more than two occasions your parcel will be returned to our Workshop. Please note that there will be an additional charge (£10) to have the parcel delivered again.
  13. What do I do if my delivery hasn't arrived as expected?
    We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer service to all our customers. If you have any problems with regards to your delivery, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue by contacting us by e-mail at [email protected]
  14. Returns
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel the contract or return your item(s) under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 7 working days from the date you received it for an exchange or refund.
    We will refund your money within 10 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. However the following points must be observed:
    Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging if possible. Please ensure that the product is well packed so it does not get damaged on its return journey.
    Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.
    We can collect the goods, the amount charged for collection is £10 for all undamaged goods.
    All products are checked on return to our warehouse. In the event of the product being used or an accessory is missing, a full refund will not be processed.
    If you fail to make the goods available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and you will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
